Startups with a Nevada business license and Nevada business address; must have recurring revenue (except university spin-outs, Knowledge Fund-affiliated projects, or deep tech companies with active SBIR/STTR contracts); must be a C-corp or S-corp (no LLCs); sector agnostic but excludes gambling, alcohol, cannabis, firearms, real estate, investment firms, and lenders.
