These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of businesschain.us (the "Site"), operated by Business Chain LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What Business Chain is
Business Chain is a directory and matching platform that helps startup founders discover accelerator programs and grants, and helps accelerators and grant programs reach founders. Free features include creating an account, listing a project, and viewing matched funding programs. An optional paid subscription (currently $9/month or $79/year, with a 30-day free trial) adds active matching and email notifications about new matching programs, as described on the Site at the time of purchase.

2. Business Chain is not a guarantee of funding
Listing a project on Business Chain does not guarantee acceptance into any accelerator or grant program, or that you will receive funding. We are a discovery and matching tool, not the accelerator, fund, or grantor itself, and we do not make admission or funding decisions on behalf of any third-party program. We are not a law firm, investment advisor, or financial advisor, and nothing on the Site is legal, investment, or financial advice.

3. AI-generated content
The Site uses AI (via Anthropic's Claude models) to generate two kinds of content: (a) draft application/pitch summaries for a specific project and a specific accelerator or fund, at your request ("Единая заявка"), and (b) short blog articles, including automatic "spotlight" articles announcing newly published projects, generated from the information you submitted. AI-generated drafts and articles may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or submitting it to a third party. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any purpose.

4. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Site.

5. Your content
You retain ownership of the information and content you submit (project descriptions, team information, etc.). By publishing a project, you grant Business Chain a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content on the Site and to use it to generate the AI-assisted application drafts and spotlight articles described above. You represent that you have the right to share the information you submit and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

6. Fund and grant listings
Information about accelerator and grant programs on the Site is compiled for informational purposes and may become outdated. Always verify program details, deadlines, and eligibility directly with the program before applying.

7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our payment processor, starting after any free trial period ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings (subscription management portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are given for the unused portion of a period unless required by law. We may change subscription pricing going forward; we will give notice before any change applies to your existing subscription.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit false or misleading project information; use the Site to spam, scrape, or attack our systems; impersonate another person or entity; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any accelerator or grant match will result in funding.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Chain will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on AI-generated content or fund/grant listings.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
