Review runs in stages — the Grants team screens for alignment, finalists go through a technical review with Circle Ventures, Product and BD, and accepted teams agree milestones tied to their own roadmap before any money is released.

Circle Developer Grants offers funding, co-marketing, and mentorship to exceptional teams building on Arc and the Circle Developer Platform. Funding is milestone-based, paid in tiered USDC tied to meaningful integrations and ecosystem impact. Teams also receive hands-on technical guidance and access to Circle teams and strategic ecosystem partners.

Exceptional founders and teams building on Arc and the Circle Developer Platform, with strong platform alignment (Arc and Circle products such as USDC, Wallets, CCTP, Nanopayments, and Gateway are core building blocks), proven shipping ability, and clear technical ownership. Teams should show evidence of usage, pilots, partnerships, or revenue, or a credible path to them.
