Applications run through three separate tracks, and the track decides who fits: SOSV NY for healthcare and engineering biology, with wet-lab infrastructure; SOSV SF for deep tech wanting proximity to Silicon Valley; and HAX for hard tech, based in Newark and Princeton, New Jersey. HAX requires the applicant to confirm the company is building a hard tech product. No deadline is published.
